Tour route has been modified and 5 lighthouses have been added and decreasing one day - 5/24/2023
On this tour we travel to Grand Manan New Brunswick. We cruise on a boat around the southern side of the island to see 4 lighthouses from the water. We also see others by land including a night shoot at Long Eddy Lighthouse with view of all of the operating lighthouses in the area. We will get to view the extreme tides of the Bay of Fundy. We visit Campobello Island in Canada and see the Head Harbor (East Quoddy) Lighthouse. In Maine we visit the northern most lighthouse in the United States, West Quoddy. We only offer this tour every 3 years so don't miss out on this one.

Up to 180 days prior to departure $150.00 processing fee will be charged
179 – 90 days prior to departure Deposits become non-refundable
89 – 60 days prior to departure 50% of tour price is payable and becomes non-refundable
59 – 30 days prior to departure 100% of tour price is payable and becomes non-refundable
1 - 29 days prior to departure 100% of tour price becomes non-refundable. Exceptions will be addressed on a case by case basis.
Also, any non-recoverable expenses are deducted from your tour payment before any refund.

Itinerary
| Day 1 - Saturday October 7, 2023 - Travel to Bangor International Airport. After collecting your luggage walk across the overhead walkway to the hotel. The welcome dinner will be this evening at the hotel. |
| Day 2 - Sunday October 8, 2023 - We head to Head Harbour (East Quoddy) Light Station in Canada. We stop at Machias for box lunches and then cross the border at Lubec, Maine. We arrive at Head Harbour in time to catch the low tide and cross the beach and trail to the lighthouse (weather permitting). We stop for a visit at the Campobello Visitor Center then on to Mulholland Lighthouse (with views of Lubec Channel Light). Across the border again to Lubec, Maine, and on to West Quoddy Lighthouse for a photo op. A quick stop at the West Quoddy gift shop and then on to the hotel. |
Day 3 - Monday October 9, 2023 - After breakfast we head to Whitlock Mill Lighthouse then across the border again at Calais, Maine. From there we go to Quaco Head Lighthouse. Then we have lunch at Cave's Restaurant where we will view the action of the tides. After that we stop at Quaco Visitor Center and then Quaco Museum. Next is a stop at Cape Spencer Lighthouse. Final destination for the day is St. John New Brunswick where we will see Reed's Point Light and views of Courtenay Bay Breakwater Light and Partridge Island Lighthouse. We check into the hotel and have dinner there. The St. John Coast Guard Lighthouse is a short walk from the hotel which you can do at your leisure. |
| Day 4 - Tuesday October 10, 2023 - Today we experience the tide action of the Reversing Rapids. We have a morning stop to view high tide action and then an afternoon visit to enter the Visitor Center and view low tide action. In between we visit Renforth lighthouse. In the mid afternoon we have the choice of going on a 20 minute walk to Swift Point (Green Head) Lighthouse or relax and shop in St. John. Dinner will be at a local restaurant. |
| Day 5 - Wednesday October 11, 2023 -We start this day with a visit at Lighthouse Point Lighthouse. Then on to catch the ferry to Grand Manan. We will have lunch on board. On the way we will see Lighthouse Point (from the water), Pea Point, Bliss Island Lighthouse and Southwest Wolf Lighthouse. When the ferry pull into the harbor we will see Swallowtail Lighthouse. We check into our hotel/s and then leisure time until dinner at the hotel. |
| Day 6 - Thursday October 12, 2023 - After picking up our box lunches at the hotel, we board a boat for a full day cruise around the island to see the following lighthouses: Machias Seal Island Lighthouse, White Island Lighthouse, Gannet Rock Lighthouse, Great Duck Lighthouse, Long Eddy Lighthouse, North Head Lighthouse, Long Point Lighthouse, Southwest Lighthouse and Swallowtail Lighthouse (again). We make a land stop at Southwest Lighthouse and then back to the hotel/s for dinner. |
| Day 7 - Friday October 13, 2023 - Today we will visit Swallowtail Lighthouse for a tour of the lighthouse and keepers quarters. We then head to Long Eddy Point Lighthouse and get a tour of this lighthouse. Next is a visit to the Grand Manan museum. Back to the hotel and we will have time to explore the waterfront shops before dinner. That evening we will go back to Long Eddy Lighthouse for night shots and views of other lighthouses in the distance blinking at night. |
| Day 8 - Saturday October 14, 2023 - After a leisure morning we board the ferry back to the Blacks Harbor and the main land. Lunch is on the ferry on your own. We head to Green's Point (Letete Passage) lighthouse for a photo op. Then on to St. Andrews Pendlebury Lighthouse. Across the border into Maine and then back to Bangor Hotel with a rest stop at Beddington. Farewill dinner is tonight at the hotel. |
| Day 9 - Sunday October 15, 2023 - After breakfast we journey back home. |
