'Stuff of dreams' Welsh beach with mountains, Llanddwyn Lighthouse and forest that people are going crazy for
The "stuff of dreams" is how one visitor describes this Welsh beach, which neighbours a national nature reserve and forest. You wouldn't be wrong to think you were someplace on the west coast of the United States as you strolled among Corsican pines, with red squirrels scrambling up trees and a view of the glistening water as your backdrop.
It's a postcard-worthy scene from every angle, and Yns Llanddwyn is simply the icing on the cake for this gorgeous area. It is a true photography hotspot for people who flock to capture the island with its own lighthouse in all its glory.

Halfmoon Reef Lighthouse draws in motorcycles as part of Texas tour
Standing on the edge of Port Lavaca, at the precipice of the causeway across Lavaca Bay, lies Halfmoon Reef Lighthouse - the city's "unofficial" icon and emblem of the Port Lavaca Wave's own flag. An unassuming structure that once sat out in the ocean, guiding ships to shore, Halfmoon Reef Lighthouse now has a new purpose: guiding motorcycle enthusiasts to Port Lavaca.
Halfmoon Reef Lighthouse is now one of 55 different stops scattered across the Lone Star State as part of the Motorcycle Grand Tour of Texas. Created by tour director David Canada, the tour invites motorcyclists to travel across the breadth and width of Texas; from the panhandle to West Texas and from the Hill Country to the Gulf Coast, the tour illustrates the wildly diverse landscapes of Canada's home state.
