Service Lamp: In good condition in all respects.
Oil: Sample examined & found to be clear & free from all objectionable matter. It had not been filtered.
Service Lamp Burner: It was in good condition in all respects.
Service Lamp Burner Level: It was found to be level. Keeper understands how to center it.
Plate Glass: Very clean, free from scratches but some of the panes are cracked.
Lens Cover: It was on & clean, made of linen ticking & hung up in lantern room when not in use.
Lantern Curtains: There were none.
Carillon or Alarm Bell: There was no alarm bell.
Rod Lamp: There was no Rod lamp.
Dwelling: It was in good condition, thoroughly whitewashed.
Stairway and Landing: Clean & whitewashed.
Inside of Tower: Newly whitewashed.
Glazing of Dwelling: It is in good condition.
Improvements Needed: A boat house, & a conductor to the dwelling are needed.
Outhouses: They are in good condition, clean & whitewashed.

Lens: Lens is never touched for any improper purpose.
Lantern and Trap Doors: These doors fit tightly.
Watch or Trimming Room: There were none to be seen lying about at the time of making the inspection.
Lucernes or Matches: There were some matches to be seen in the tower. The keeper was admonished in regard to the impropriety.
Heater: Keeper knows how & when to use the heater.
Ventilation: Keeper knows how to use the ventilators & how to air the bldg.
Dome: Dome was painted according to instructions. Conductor perfect & led into the ground.

Oil Room Condition: In good condition, 1 window for ventilation.

Empty Oil Butts: There was 1 empty oil butt clean & held in readiness for the new supply of oil.
