Oil: Sample examined & found to be clear & free from all objectionably matter. It had not been filtered.

Service Lamp Burner Level: It was found to be level. Keeper understands how to center it.
Plate Glass: Very clean; free from scratches.
Lens Cover: It was on, very clean & made of cotton ticking. When not in use is hung up in the lantern room.

Carillon or Alarm Bell: There was no alarm bell.
Rod Lamp: There was no Rod lamp.

Watch or Trimming Room: There were none to be seen at the time of making the inspection.
Lucernes or Matches: There were some matches in the lantern room. The impropriety was pointed out to the Keeper.
Heater: The Keeper knows when & how to use the heater.
Ventilation: Keeper knows how to use the ventilators & how to air the bldg.
Dome: The dome was painted according to instructions. Conductor was in good condition & led into the water.
