2026 Alaska Tour Cruise

Day 1 - June 12, 2026, Friday
       We will make our way to our hotel River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, BC (outskirts of Vancouver). Here we will have our Welcome Dinner - a chance to meet and greet each other.  It will also be a time to get any updates of arrangements being made.

Day 2 - June 13, 2026, Saturday
        This morning we will board a bus to go across the Lions Gate Bridge to see Point Atkinson Lighthouse.  We will be able to walk the trails to get to the lighthouse.  After our visit their we will travel to the dock where our boat is moored.  Our cruise ship is the Konningsdam from the Cruise Line Holland America.  After we are all checked in we will meet to make sure we are all settled and prepared for our first lighthouses as we depart.  Depart Time is 3 PM.  We anticipate you will see the following lighthouses on our first day of crusing:  Brockton Point, Prospect Point, Entrance Island, Ballenas Islands, Merry Island, Sisters Islets, Chrome Island, Cape Mudge, Chatham Point, Pulteney Point and Scarlett Point.  Meals are available on board the ship, some are included in your price and others are additional charge.

Day 3 - June 14, 2026, Sunday
         We will be cruising the inside passage on our way to Alaska and our first stop Tracy Arm.  There will be additional lighthouse we will be able to see from the ship.  We anticipate to view the following lighthouses: Pine Island, Egg Island, Addenbroke Island Light Station, Bonilla Island Light Station, Triple Island, Five Finger Island.

Day 4 - June 15, 2026, Monday
         There will be a short stop at Tracy Arm in the morning (9 AM to 9:30 AM) and then we will travel to Juneau, Alaska arriving at 1 PM.  Here we will board a boat at 4 PM to land on Sentinel Island and enter the lighthouse.  We will return to the port at 8 PM.  You will have time before and after this boat trip to explore Juneau city.  You must be back at the ship by 9:30 PM as the ship departs at 10 PM.

Day 5 - June 16, 2026, Tuesday
         We will arrive in Skagway at 7 AM.  At this time there are no planned excursions so you are free to sign up for any excursion you would like available on your Holland America account.  If you have any questions about this contact your tour leaders. The be sure to be back at the ship by 7:30 PM as the ship leaves at 8 PM.

Day 6 - June 17, 2026, Wednesday
         Today the ship will cruise Glacier Bay starting at 7 AM.  This is where you will see beautiful wilderness, glaciers and wildlife.
Have those cameras ready for the unexpected and expected views.  The ship will depart for Glacier by at 4 PM. On the way to our next port, you may be able to view Cape Spencer Lighthouse on a clear day.

Day 7 - June 18, 2026, Thursday
         The ship will arrive in Ketchikan at 11 AM.  You will have some time to visit the city before you have to make your way to our next boat tour to see Guard Island Lighthouse. Our boat will leave at 3 PM and return at 6 PM.  We will not be able to land on the island but we will get as close as possible for great pictures of the lighthouse.  We will have to make our way to the ship right away as the ship leaves port at 7 PM.  After departure we may be able to see Mary Island Lighthouse.

Day 8 - June 19, 2026, Friday
          The ship will return to Vancouver cruising the inside passage again.  This is the time you will have a second chance at seeing the lighthouses you saw on Day 2.  Of course they will be on the opposite side of the boat.  We will also have a designated time to meet for drinks and to say Farewell.  

Day 9 - June 20, 2026, Saturday
           The ship will arrive in Vancouver at 7 AM.  You will receive disembarking instructions and how to get your luggage.  Holland America does provide transportation to the airport and you have to sign up and pay for that in your Holland America account.  If you need help with this contact your tour leaders.
