In most excellent condition

Perfectly clean in every respect.

In good condition clean outside & inside. Glass chimney was free from soot smoke or stains.

Specimen examined & found to be free from all objectionable matter.

It was free from all gummy or burnt oil & wick was well trimmed.

It was found to be level. Keeper understands how to center it.

In good condition free from scratches stains or dirt.

It was on. Clean, hung up in the lantern room when not in use.

2 sets. Clean & in good condition: put up & taken down at the proper time.

There is no alarm bell.

In good condition & very clean.

Dwelling is in good condition.

In good condition, clean & painted as directed.
