Covered boat house attached to S side of tower, fitted with iron boat davits & mechanism for raising or lowering boat to water.

1st floor tower fitted with small cook stove, table & bed. Attached to SW corner of tower is small wooden wing, built 1898, used by 2 keepers, 12' x 15.5', with closets, cupboards, etc. This room used by 1 keeper as sleeping room, other uses bed in tower.
