In good condition & very clean in every respect. Chimney is free from soot smoke or stains.

Oil was found to be free from all motes, dust or dirt. It had not been filtered.

It was free from all gummy or burnt oil & the wicks were well trimmed.

It was level.

In good condition free from scratches stains or dirt.

Lens on, clean. Made of linen ticking hung up in the lantern room when not in use.

2 sets in good condition made of linen ticking. Taken down & put up at proper time.
