Lamps: There is a regulation time piece, in good condition kept in the sitting room of the dwelling.

Rod Lamp: There is a rod lamp but the Keeper prefers a common hand lamp in case of accident to the light.
Dwelling: Dwelling was in good condition.

Improvements Needed: There are none required so far as known.

Lens: Lens is never touched for any improper purpose.
Lantern and Trap Doors: These doors fit tightly.
Watch or Trimming Room: There were none to be seen.
Lucernes or Matches: There were some matches in the lantern room, and the Keeper's attention was called to the impropriety.
Heater: There is no heater.
Ventilation: Keeper understands use of the ventilators & how to air the bldg.
Dome: They were painted according to instructions. Conductor perfect & led into the ground.
