Miscellaneous Remarks: It will be necessary to repair roof of dwelling to prevent it from leaking; also 1 of the outhouses, which has nearly been destroyed by the wind & is now in a tumble down condition. Keeper req's a hammer, monkey wrench, screwdriver & chisel.
Condition
Lantern: In good condition.
Illuminating Apparatus: Lens in good condition & clean in every part.
Service Lamp: In good condition & very clean.
Oil: Oil was found to be free from all dust, dirt or motes & had not been filtered.
Service Lamp Burner: In very good condition with no gummy or burnt oil attached to it. Wicks are well trimmed.
Service Lamp Burner Level: It is level.
Plate Glass: Quite clean & free from scratches stains or dirt.
Lens Cover: It is on, clean & made of linen ticking hung up in the Lantern room when not in use.
Lantern Curtains: 2 sets containing 16 pieces, in good condition, put up & taken down at the proper time.
Carillon or Alarm Bell: There are none required.
Rod Lamp: Rod lamp in good condition.
Dwelling: Dwelling is in good condition. The roof requires repair.
Stairway and Landing: Clean & painted.
Inside of Tower: In good condition, whitewashed.
Glazing of Dwelling: In good condition
Improvements Needed: 1 of the outhouses requires repairs.

Grounds: In very neat condition. They appear very clean & neat.

Dome: Painted according to Instruction. Lightning Conductor was in good condition & let into the ground.
