Service Lamp Burner: It was in good condition free from all gummy or burnt oil. Wicks well trimmed.
Service Lamp Burner Level: It was found to be level. Keeper understands how to center it.
Plate Glass: In good condition, condition clean free from scratches, stains or dirt.
Lens Cover: It was on; clean; hung up in lantern room when not in use.
Lantern Curtains: 2 sets in good condition; made of linen ticking; put up & taken down at the proper time.
Carillon or Alarm Bell: There is no alarm bell.
Rod Lamp: 1 Rod lamp in good condition.
Dwelling: Dwelling is in good condition.
Stairway and Landing: In good condition. Clean & painted.

Dome: They were painted according to instructions. The Lightning Conductor was in good condition.
