Access to Lighthouse: | Boat house is 12' x 38' in plan & is approaced from the dwelling by 450' of concrete walk. The landing is built at N boat house, water is 5' deep at end of landing. Small platform for landing near dwelling. Wooden stairs lead from top of bank to landing. |
Distance and Direction: | Boat house & landing is about 450' SW from light-house. Crib landing is being worn away by ice. At water's edge, logs are worn to a depth of 6" in some place. Landing is very exposed & should be protected by a breakwater. |
Miscellaneous Remarks: | Tower & premisies are in good condition. Concrete walks built from dwelling to all outhouses and a concrete platform is to be built around tower & dwelling. Outhouse used as shop is in bad cond & should be replaced. |
