Service Lamp: In good condition, clean inside & outside, glass chimney was free from soot, smoke or stains.
Oil: Oil examined & found to be free from motes, dust or dirt. It had not been filtered.
Service Lamp Burner: Was free from all gummy or burnt oil, clean & wicks well trimmed.
Service Lamp Burner Level: It was found to be level.
Plate Glass: In good condition, free from scratches stains or dirt.
Lens Cover: There is one, clean, made of linen ticking. Hung up in Lantern room when not in use.
Lantern Curtains: 2 sets clean, in good condition; put up & taken down at proper time.
Carillon or Alarm Bell: There is none required.
Rod Lamp: There is a Rod lamp required at this station.
Dwelling: Dwelling requires a general repair.
Stairway and Landing: They are clean & painted
