Lens Cover: It was on; was clean; made of linen sheeting & kept in the lantern room when not in use.

Dwelling: Dwelling seems to want a general repair.

Glazing of Dwelling: In bad condition.
Improvements Needed: A general repair is needed. The dome leaks, & the roof also leaks. Ceiling plaster in some of the rooms is falling down.
Outhouses: Clean, but requires some repairs.

Grounds: Very good. They are very clean & wear a neat appearance.
