Lantern: In perfect order - new made & put up.
Illuminating Apparatus: Clean inside & out & in very good condition.
Service Lamp: Clean inside & out; the glass chimney free from dirt of every kind.
Oil: Specimen of oil examined & found to be clear & clean. It had been filtered.
Service Lamp Burner: Free from gummy or burnt oil. Clean with wick trimmed according to printed instructions.
Service Lamp Burner Level: Found to be level.
Plate Glass: Perfectly clean in every respect.
Lens Cover: It was on lens; clean; made of ticking & is kept in lantern room when not in use.
