Oil: Sample examined & found to be free from all objectionable matter. It had not been filtered.
Service Lamp Burner: It was in good condition free from gummy or burnt oil. The wick was well trimmed.
Service Lamp Burner Level: It was level.
Plate Glass: In good condition clean free from scratches stains or dirt.
Lens Cover: It was on, clean, made of linen ticking, hung up in the lantern room when not in use.
Lantern Curtains: There are 2 sets of curtains put up & taken down at the proper time. Kept in the lower room of the dwelling.
Carillon or Alarm Bell: There are none required.
Rod Lamp: There is a rod lamp required at this station.
Dwelling: Dwelling is in good condition.
Stairway and Landing: They are clean & painted.
