Miscellaneous Remarks: Tower windows req new frames, outside & inside req recementing. Some rooms of dwelling need re-plastering. A boat very much needed, as keeper is very inconvenienced in procuring provisions. Pump & cistern req repairs & gutters of house req replacing.

Oil: Oil examined & found to be free from motes, dust or dirt. It had not been filtered.
Service Lamp Burner: Clean & in good condition.
Service Lamp Burner Level: Found to be level, the keeper understands how to center.
Plate Glass: Very clean, much scratches, 3 of them fractured.
Lens Cover: Covers on, clean, made of linen ticking, hung up in lantern room when not in use.
Lantern Curtains: 2 sets: very clean: in good condition, put up & taken down at proper time.
Carillon or Alarm Bell: There are none required.
Rod Lamp: In good condition, & trimmed ready for use.
Dwelling: Bldg in good condition with exception of ceiling, which requires replastering.
Stairway and Landing: Whitewashed & very clean.
Inside of Tower: Whitewashed, very clean.
Glazing of Dwelling: Some of the glass is broken.
Improvements Needed: Cistern requires immediate attention. Gutters require renewing.
