Miscellaneous Remarks: Premises req. new fence & boat is needed as Keeper has very great difficulty in procuring his provisions. Glass in tower windows should be replaced by new ones; rooms in bldg want replastering.

Service Lamp: In good condition, clean in all its parts. Glass chimney was free from soot, smoke or dirt.
Oil: Oil examined & found to be free from all motes, dust or dirt. It had not been filtered.
Service Lamp Burner: In good condition & free from all gummy or burnt oil. Wicks are well trimmed.
Service Lamp Burner Level: It was found to be level.
Plate Glass: In good condition, free from scratches, stains or dirt.
Lens Cover: Cover was on, clean, made of linen ticking: kept in Lantern room when not in use.
Lantern Curtains: 2 sets. Clean & in good condition: put up & taken down at proper time.
Carillon or Alarm Bell: None required
Rod Lamp: Rod Lamp in clean & good condition: trimmed, ready for use.
Dwelling: Ceiling & walls require some plastering.
Stairway and Landing: Whitewashed & very clean.
Inside of Tower: Good condition, whitewashed.

Improvements Needed: Glass in tower windows. Some rooms require plastering & fence around premises repaired.
