Access to Lighthouse: Boat landing runs out 51' into 3 1/2' of water. No road to light station.

Miscellaneous Remarks: New boathouse & landing to be built season of 1910. New concrete walks to be laid. New well dug about 50' N'ly of dwelling, has plenty of water, cannot be used because of surface water. Well should be plaster lined to prevent surf. water from getting in.
