There are 5 different boat trips that are offered. Additionally, there are 2 recreation shuttles that allow you to actually get off and visit lighthouses, that the normal tours do not. There is one shuttle to Raspberry Island, and another to Michigan Island. You may also be able to charter them to create other itineraries. During the Annual Apostle Islands Lighthouse Celebration, tours to several of the other lighthouses in the Apostle Islands may be offered. Check website for details.
