Community Introduction
Thanks to the volunteer efforts of Gary Riemenschneider, The U.S. Lighthouse Society is proud to welcome you to the “USLHS Enthusiasts Community”! Note the word “Community.” This was the key motivation for creating this website – to bring all of us together as a “community” and to allow us to share our lighthouse wisdom with each other. The new website can be accessed by Clicking Here, or clicking the link below. Once there, you’ll log in and then have access to many exciting features such as: keeping track of your lighthouse visits, the ability to display comments about lights you see, cross referencing with Society tours, the ability to plot the locations of lighthouses using different methods including GPS and Google Maps, the ability to communicate with other contributors via email through the website, and the list goes on and on.
All of us here at headquarters are very excited to roll out this new resource, one we think will bring all of us a little closer together through the sharing of information. I look forward to reading about your lighthouse visits very soon!
